
People may know your smile, your work ethic, your role in their life—but not your inner world.
You get seen in fragments:
- the helpful version of you
- the productive version
- the “always handling it” version
But not the version that’s tired of holding everything together.
And partial being seen can feel more isolating than not being seen at all.
