Soft life chronicles

Story: Aisha
Aisha used to feel anxious doing nothing. Even on her days off, her mind raced—laundry, bills, errands, everybody else’s needs.
One Sunday, she silenced her phone, left the dishes in the sink, and laid in bed with sunlight pouring across her face. No productivity. No explanation.
Just rest.
At first, it felt wrong. Then it felt necessary.
By the end of the day, she realized something simple but life-changing:
The world didn’t fall apart because she chose herself.
Soft Life Lesson: Rest is not a reward. It’s a requirement.
