Self-love isn’t a switch you flip—it’s a practice you choose.
Every gentle thought.
Every boundary kept.
Every moment of rest.
God is with you in all of it.
You are not behind. You are becoming.
Prayer:
God, thank You for walking with me as | learn to love myselt. Help me continue this journey with grace and faith. Amen.
