Day 1: You Are Worthy Because
God Says So
Scripture:
“I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” — Psalm 139:14
Before you did anything right—or wrong-God called you worthy. Your value was never meant to be proven. It was declared at creation.
Self-love begins when we stop asking, “Am I enough?” and start believing, “God already decided 1 am.”
Today isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about accepting that you are already deeply known and deeply loved.
Prayer:
God, help me receive Your love without arguing with it. Teach me to see myself through Your truth, not my insecurities. Amen.
